These terms cover your use of setthetablescape.com, Place Card Studio and the digital products we sell. Set the Tablescape (“we”) runs the site. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You must be 18 or older to create an account or buy from us. You sign in with your email address. Keep access to that inbox, since sign-in links go there. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
What you get
- Free occasion: one occasion in Place Card Studio, with the collection's card design. It includes joining our email list.
- Styling Guide, $8.99 once: one collection's styling guide PDF. It stays yours to download.
- Digital Package, $14.99 once: place cards and menu cards for one occasion, plus one collection's styling guide.
- Membership, $9.99 a month: unlimited occasions and every collection's styling guide while you're a member.
For the free occasion and the Digital Package, the occasion name and date lock after your first download. You can keep editing guest names and the menu. Each occasion has up to 24 guests, and card access ends 7 days after the occasion date. Pricing shows every option side by side.
Membership billing
Membership renews automatically every month at the price shown when you join, until you cancel. Cancel any time online with Manage billing on your account page. Your membership runs to the end of the month you've paid for, then stops. After that you keep the guides from drops released while you were a member, and cards you made as a member work until 7 days after each occasion.
Payments and problems
Stripe processes every payment. If something goes wrong with a purchase or a download, email hello@setthetablescape.com and we'll help.
Refunds
Our products are digital, so you get them right away. Here's how refunds work:
- Styling Guide and Digital Package: we'll refund you in full if you ask within 14 days of buying and you haven't downloaded the styling guide or any cards yet. After your first download, the sale is final.
- Membership: cancel any time to stop future charges. We don't refund months that have already started.
- Something not working: if a file won't open or print properly and we can't fix it, we'll refund that purchase, even after a download.
To ask for a refund, email hello@setthetablescape.com from the address you bought with.
Using what you make
Cards and guides are for your own personal occasions. Please don't resell or share our styling guides, card designs or site content. Guest names and menus you type stay yours.
Product links and prices
Collections link to products sold by other stores. Those stores handle the sale, shipping and returns. Our price estimates are dated estimates only, and the store sets the final price. See our affiliate disclosure.
Fair use of the site
Don't misuse the site, try to get around what you've paid for, or interfere with how it runs. We may close accounts that do.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep the site running and the information accurate, but we provide it as is. Check your printed cards before your occasion. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
